Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Valanos (“we”, “us”) for using valanos.app and the Valanos app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who can use Valanos

You must be at least 21 years old in the United States, or of legal gambling age where you live elsewhere, and allowed to view sports betting information where you are. Don't use the Service where doing so is against the law. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

2. Information only: not betting or financial advice

• Valanos shows model-based probabilities, fair odds and price targets for informational and educational purposes. It is not betting, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to place any bet.
• Sports results are uncertain. No outcome, win rate or profit is guaranteed. Past results, including our track record and backtests, don't predict future results.
• Every betting decision is yours alone, and so is any money you win or lose.
• Valanos is not a sportsbook. We don't accept, place or settle bets, and we aren't affiliated with any sportsbook.

3. Data accuracy

Fixtures, kickoff times, statistics and results come from third-party sources and can be wrong, late or incomplete. Always check the details with your sportsbook before betting. Grades in My bets are a convenience and aren't an official settlement.

4. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us at support@oddsjudge.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You can delete your account at any time in My bets.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• scrape, copy in bulk, resell or republish the Service's prices or data, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the Service's security or limits;
• use the Service for anything illegal, or pretend to be someone else.

Sharing an individual screenshot or match price with friends or on social media is fine. Please credit Valanos.

6. Gamble responsibly

Only bet what you can afford to lose, and never chase losses. If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential: in the US call or text 1-800-GAMBLER; in the UK visit BeGambleAware.org.

7. Our content

The Service, including its software, design, models and text, belongs to Valanos or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable permission to use it under these terms.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, or suspend the Service, at any time. We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Valanos won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any betting losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover Valanos for claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breaking these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
